Shipping

For United States orders we ship by USPS or UPS. Orders are usually fulfilled in 5 to 7 days and ready for shipment. Delivery time is typically another 3 days. Please be aware that June through September are our busiest months and fulfillment time may be delayed. See our FAQ page for more details.

Duties and Taxes:
Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility.  Check with your country's customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.  There may be additional fees charged by freight services (ex: UPS, Fedex).  Contact your local UPS or Fedex office to ask about fees specific to your country.

Please know that the expedited shipping options (ex: 2nd Day Air) are relative to the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS) and not to the time the order is placed.  When an order is received by QSL, if the kit is in stock, the carrier will receive it typically that same day if the order is placed Monday-Friday during normal business hours. If the kit is not in stock it must be built first and normally will get to the carrier within a few days. The expedited delivery clock begins when the carrier receives the shipment from us and the purchaser will receive a shipment confirmation once shipped.
