MicroPhySci Kit Classroom Edition Six Pack

 

The MicroPhySci Kit provides an academically challenging laboratory curriculum for students in grades 7-10. It is intended as the laboratory portion of a physical science course providing a full year of labs. It is coordinated with curriculum from A Beka, ACE Ministries School of Tomorrow, Alpha Omega Publications, Apologia (Wile), BJU Press, and Christian Light Education.

 

Each MicroPhySci Kit classroom edition includes two 112- page manuals with seventeen lab experiments. The manual explains each experiment covering:

The goals section outlines the major learning areas of the experiment.

The background would be equivalent to a short lecture on the theory of the experiment.

Get the mentioned equipment out of the kit and you are good to go. Any items not included in the kit like ice, sugar, hot water, etc. are also mentioned in this area, as well as at the beginning of each experiment.

Just follow the step by step procedure to do the experiment. Instructions are clearly explained making it easy for students, homeschool parents, and teachers/instructors.

Students answer questions in the results area. This give students a better understanding as well as a record of their completion.

 

We have designed the MicroPhySci Kit in order to make teaching and preparation very convenient for the instructor. It contains all materials necessary except for a few common household items. The kit contains sufficient materials to perform every experiment five times.

 

The chemistry portion of the physical science lab is based on the Microscale method which uses about 1/100th of the chemicals a typical lab would consume. The chemical reagents are supplied in dropper bottles that are ready-to-go and do not require any mixing or further preparation. Use with adult supervision. Ages 14 & up.
